Meet Neha Joshi

Neha is a highly experienced physical therapist with 15+ years of clinical expertise who practices evidence-based care in the field of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Neha earned her first professional degree in Physical Therapy in her home country of India and went on to complete a Master’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh, one of the nation’s top-ranked PT programs. She is certified in the Graston Technique®, McKenzie Method®, Maitland Mobilization, Advanced RockTape® Functional Movement Techniques, and Restorative Yoga (Level 1).

Neha is passionate about helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. She believes in empowering patients to return to the activities they love, whether that means training for a marathon, getting back to work, or simply moving through daily life with confidence and ease. Her philosophy is to combine modern rehabilitation techniques with holistic principles to support not only physical recovery, but whole-body wellness. She integrates clinical yoga, Pilates, and targeted strength training into her treatment plans, blending mindful movement with therapeutic intent to support both physical and mental well-being.

When not in session, Neha enjoys hiking, running, working out and traveling to new places with her husband and young daughter.
